Registration Fees Include: Admission to all sessions; access to all handouts; dinner on Friday night; lunch on Saturday and a Continental Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday, as well as the opportunity to network with colleagues! Coffee, tea & other beverages will be provided for scheduled breaks for all conference attendees.
Accomodations: The Resort is now SOLD OUT of rooms at the WATSA rates; there may still be rooms available at their standard resort rate. Alternative lodging is also available at the nearby Best Western (509-674-0200). There is also availability at surrounding area hotels, including: Stewart Lodge (877-233-5358), the small but quaint Aster Inn (509-674-2551), and the Econo Lodge (509-674-2380).
*Yes, the conference location has moved to Suncadia Lodge in Cle Elum, WA, due to the unavailability of Semiahmoo resort for 2013.

Limited Space: Please be aware there are only 90 spaces available. Registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. No other applications will be processed after the available slots are filled.
Cancellation Policy: There will be a $50.00 fee charged for each cancellation. There will be no refunds after February 18, 2013 or for “no shows”. Substitutions will be allowed.
Want to Register as a Group? Single agencies registering three or more participants will receive a $10.00 per person discount.
All group registrants must submit paper registration forms (download form here) and payment in the same envelope or fax forms together to be eligible for this group discount.
WATSA is going a little greener this year, and will make conference handouts available for download from our website. Check back at the website approximately two weeks prior to the conference. Paper copies/handouts will be available by request only.
